Building active leadership

This course is for reps and stewards who want to be able to lead from the front and bring members along with them.  It is also suitable for members who may be taking on new workplace roles or who are community activists.  This can also be a starting point for those interested in taking the Institute of Leadership and Management in subsequent years.

Equality Reps Stage 1

This is a newly updated course for equality reps in the workplace and also for those who may want to take up the role in the near future.  It is also suitable for those who deal with equality issues already.  This course has been developed as part of a Union Modernisation Fund project and is followed by stages 2 and 3.
